Recognition of prostitution as work can only give more customers what they want by increasing the current expansionism of the sex industry, giving it the stable marketing environment for which it continues to lobby, rather than economic opportunity for women, state sponsored prostitution is economic opportunism, the most glaring evidence of women's economic marginalization and social inequality, is the rampan commodification of women in prostitution, sex trafficking, sex tourism, and mail order bride industries, in a context of severe economic decline, it seems the hight of economic opportunism to argue for the recognition of the sex industry based on transforming women's sexual and economic exploitation, into legitemate work. In any system of domination, the denial of the crime is based on the silence of the survivors. I think those who deny the violence of prostitution are similar to final solution negationists or deniers. I do not hesitate to say that the policy of the Dutch government and the pro-prostitution movement today is built on the silence of prostituted persons, who are now called "sex workers," and the denial that sexual exploitation is a form of violence against women.
