Julia Flores has non of this, nevertheless Amnesty International includes her country of origin as a non save country for the group she belongs and the country as a great violator of human rights, Julia Flores has been stripped from her legitimate rights as refuge in Holland, when Amnesty International made a tricky petition to the IND (the inmigration office in the Netherlands) the main argument used from Amnesty international to avoid making a petition for asylum was that if recognized as such she would end up in an (asylum center) or even worse in a (detention center) to be deported after been rejected in a 48 ours "procedure" that was implemented at that time, the lawyer the organization assigned to her case in fact made a petition for a "residence permit" on medical grounds when she crearlly belongs to one of the most persecuted marginalized and stigmatized "minority" groups worldwide. The dessicion to do this was taken by Amnesty International and the lawyer choosen by them, and it fits completly with the anti-in-migration policies in the Netherlands to eliminate the right that asylum seekers are intitle worldwide, this in favor of an antimigration policy, Amnesty International have bartered once again, in this specic case, migration for asylum. Annemarie Busser the Fri, 16 Nov 2007 16:09:29 +0100 have sent an email to Julia Flores as a response to a general protest it last already 3 years and 11 month of bureaucracy and the total indiference of Amnesty Internatioal a "Human Rights" ONG taht has criticized in many ocasions in recent years how badly people like Julia are mis-treated in her home country , Julia Flores reside in the Netherlands since 1998 with terrible consecuenses, Annemarie Busser have all documents that prove julia Flores entered the country in 1998 but she cinically asks if she can "prove" this, when the document that prove that are in a file in the same office she works. She wants to use that piece of data as an "argument " in her case displacing the only real valid argument she claims as valid, that she has been and still is a persecuted person. Amnesty International should be ashame that i have to hurt myself to fight for the rights they claim to defend IN MY NAME. Julia Flores will start on (DECEMBER 3 2007) an indefinite hunger strike in front of the door of Amnesty International in the Netherlands As a protest to the outrage behaviour of this department represented by Annemarie Busser who should recognize her wrong actions, this protest aim Amnesty international replace her in this specific case and take acction and responsability to correct the damaging results of their actions, without causing more harm and putting in risk the health, rights, and savety of the person involved The specific petition demand the recognition of the failure of the department of refuges to defent and protect the rights of a legimate refugee, in this case Julia Flores and to take actions to remedy the fact that her condition as refuge is not recognized anywhere into the Netherlands and that they have put her live in danger due to the consecuencial denial of medical help due to a wrong petition made to the (IND) that hinder the Dutch inmigration authorities to take the right desicion with a wrong petition. This are legitimate human rights and not gifts from amnesty International Annemarie Busser or anybody else. Julia Flores denounce once again this disturbing and corrupt behaviour into the refugees department in the Netherlands which contradict the statutes of Amnesty International. Annemarie Busser use blackmail exchanging human rights as if they where goods that belong to Amnesty International, to try to silence this case, this beheaviour should lead to the removal of this person from the department of refugees and to investigate the case.
